Hi, I am new to the list. I am trying to find out what happened to Harriet. On the 1 Aug 1857 she married Henry JOBBINS in the parish of Berkely, Glo. They arrived in Sydney on the 1 Dec 1857. On the 9 Nov 1859 Henry married again. He said he was a bachelor. There is no death record for Harriet in NSW so I assume she returned home. Would really like to what happened to her. Would she have assumed her maiden name or what? I found a baptism for a Harriet WILKES on the 24 Jul 1831, in the parish of Berkely, which gave her parents as Henry and Celia Wilkes.
