According to the records that we have he became a ward of the Scattered Homes of Plymouth at the tender age of 3. We have no records or trace of him from the time of his birth until his admittance into this facility. He remained here until he was transferred to the Liverpool Sheltering Homes, at the age of 15. He only remained here for a short time and than was sent to Canada as part of the Barnardo Organization. My search is for any family member of his, especially his parents. There is no birth certificate, and no birth registration for a child by that name for this time period, or this area of England.
