Hello Listers, May I beg your indulgence and make a request on behalf of another searcher from my local group? He has the parents names from a birth certificate but has been unable to find a registration of their marriage or births and he doesn't yet have access to the LDS records etc. Even worse, he doesn't even have a place name, just family lore pointing him to the <West Country>!
