I'm new to this list and hoping someone will be able to give me some advice about how to go about breaking down this brick wall. I'm trying to locate my great grandparents in 1891. Charles and Elizabeth (SMITH) BAKER were in Chute, WILTS in 1881 with their first two children, but have disappeared from Chute by 1891. Elizabeth (SMITH)BAKER was born (~1858) in Vernham, HANTS. She may have moved away from Chute after Charles BAKER (b. ~1859 in Chute, WILTS) died. His death was sometime prior to 1892 when Elizabeth remarried to George Edward HOARE. She could have been anywhere in the Wessex area. Any assistance locating Elizabeth BAKER (possibly without Charles) along with Sarah Ann (about 12 years old in 1891), Charles Henry (~10 yrs.), William (~9 yrs.), Thomas (~ 8 yrs.) and Bessie (?) on the 1891 censu would be much appreciated.
