William NEWLAND married Sarah GOWEN who was born in 1856, they lived in Trowbridge and their children were Alice 1877, Frederick 1881, Rosina 1887 and Ellen 1890. In 1897 Alice married Arthur CLARK who was born in 1877, he was the son of John CLARK and Eliza MOORE both born in 1851. Other Wiltshire surnames include- ALLEY, CHAPP, CLARK, DEACON, GOWEN, MOORE, NEWLAND, NEWMAN, SCOTT, SMITH. in Bratton, Edington, North Bradley, Northleaze, Trowbridge and Westbury. Regards Jill
