    3. I am researching FRANK DORE and MORASS? DORE who both stated they were born in Newbury Buckingham on the 1881 and 1891 census.Is there such a place or is their or the census taker`s geography wrong?

The main one is the market town of Newbury in what is now West Berks, see from: http://www.streetmap.co.uk/ but a quick look at the "old-map" site: http://www.old-maps.co.uk/welcome.htm indicates that there may be others in Kent, Somerset and Wiltshire, but I doubt that these can be much more than hamlets as they are not mentioned in my Cassells 1900 Gazetteer.
