    3. Hi Diane, Thank you for your reply, I have done some researching on James Wesner but haven't been able to find much. I have found him in the 1850, 1860 and 1870 census in Berks Co., PA. His wife is listed as Mary Ann in the 1850 census, Mary in the 1860 census and Mariah in the 1870 census. Per the Berks Co., genealogical page, the bio on Peter B. Keehn (son-in-law) says that her name was Maria and died in 1885 at the age of 78. So far I haven't been able to find her in the 1880 census, but I am still looking. Per the census, James and Mary (Maria ?) were born somewhere between 1803 and 1805 for James and 1805 and 1807 for Mary. Their ages didn't change by 10 years on each census, in the 1860 census, James only aged 8 years. I would like to find the exact dates of their birth and deaths and where they are buried. The 1860 census listed both of them as being born in Berks Co., PA. That was really nice that they listed the county and not just the state. I would appreciate any help, as I live in Oklahoma and there isn't a lot of PA. information in our libraries. James and Mary's son Henry Kenneth Wesner is my 2nd great-grandfather. He moved to Indiana and then on to Illinois Two of his brothers also moved to Illinois, James and Ephraim and lived in the neighboring town of Varna. Ephraim at some point moved from Varna to Jackson Co., Iowa. Henry was a butcher, and James owned a dry good store and Ephraim worked in the store until he moved to Iowa. Not sure what he did there, and I haven't researched that yet. Several of Henry and Esther's children moved to Montgomery County, Kansas, to Havana to be exact. Thank you and I would appreciate any help or ideas of where to research. Lynne in Oklahoma OhioWeaver@aol.com wrote: Hi Lynn To be helpful, you need to put in some dates. Approximate dates are fine, but that indicates a lot to others who may be connected to the Wesner's in Illinois. Have you done any Census searching? Diane **************Ideas to please picky eaters.
