Wells came from England to the U.S. I know he was born in Nov 1829 in England. I believe he would have come over sometime between 1850 and 1860. The census shows he was in Huron County, Ohio in 1860 married to Hannah and son John E Wells was 8. There is also some confusion about whether he came over with a brother Edward or not. I believe that Edward may be his father who died much earlier than 1850. Any information/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
