Do you know who Frank's parents were. My gggrandmother, Mary Ann Wells m. Thomas Kimble and had a son Francis Wm. Mary Ann had two brothers, Wm. H. and James S living in Seneca Co, OH but I never knew what happened to them. Could your Frank be one of their sons.
