Kathy, Thomas Wills was tested in our project. We had hoped he would match the Wells who were descended allegedly from Emanuel Wills/Wells of Isle of Wight, VA, but he came close to the W004 family (Thomas Wells/Abigail Warner). We do not know what this means at this point. Benjamin Wills was from Maryland cir 1787 Prince Georges Co., Maryland.
