Peter could be James and was just using a middle name or whatever. If this is the same person Sarah would be Hannah's step mother and Hannah would be Anna, Hannah's mother. In the Dyer list, there is no Abraham, so it would probably mean that they moved on. How Sarah would have gotten back to MA to be buried is beyond me, but it is a possibility.
