Before I moved to Phoenix, I could view the VT vital records index (18th - 19th century) whenever I wanted at the Dallas Public Library (TX) ... but, alas ... I am now 'without' access. I check VT state government website, but they do not have it on the internet yet (but they do have a great NYE index for other court records -- mostly land). I asked if I could buy the microfilm, but no response. Does anyone have access or have you looked up WELLS on the VT vital records index?
