This is why you MUST frequently backup your computer onto an external media, such as a DVD. I have written a procedure for doing this, for people who have Windows and a DVD burner. I will be glad to send it to anyone who asks. It is in the form of a Microsoft Word document, which is why I can not include it with this message. I just backed up my computer (about 20 Gig) onto 5 DVD's in just a few hours. However, the reason I did the backup is that we are about to have our semi annual migration from Maine to Florida, (about to be cold here now!) so I will not be able to reply until the week after next.
