I need to identify a genealogy that I got from someone at some time in the past. The earliest ancestor is Thomas C. Wells b: Cir 1793 South Carolina and died After 1870 in Guntersville, Marshall County, Alabama - wife Elizabeth b: SC died Alabama prior to 1838. One son was James Ira Wells b: 10 Aug 1827 Decatur, Blount Co., Alabama - d: 26 Sep 1894 Gurdon, Clark Co., Arkansas m: Elizabeth Eliza Hill b: 23 Mar 1854 Somerville, Fayette Co., Tennessee d: 23 Nov. 1937 Dolbyville, Clark Co., Arkansas. The submitter may have the initials PB, but I can't recognize the submitter from this. We actually have someone from this family who may get tested. He has not committed to it yet. Orin R.
