My brick wall ancester is John Wells, born 1792 in North Carolina, married 28 of March 1811 in Barren Kentucky to a Lydia Johnson and died about 1870. One of his sons was Joseph Wells, born 1821 in Butler Kentucky and who later died in Edmondson, Kentucky in 1887. We have been told that Joseph E. Wells might be John Wells' father but we have no information about Joseph E Wells from North Carolina that seems to confirm this and we certainly don't know anything about Joseph E Wells' ancestors nor who he connects to Henry Wells of Bucks County Pennsylvania fame but to whom somehow I am related through DNA testing. my regards, Jeff Wells Innonut@aol.com, or 303 888 9785
