Just send an email to wells-l-request@rootsweb.com with no subject and the word "subscribe" in the text. You can then hang out or post as you wish. If you will send me what you know about your Wells family so far I will see what I can do to assist you. Do you have any males in the family who still carry the Wells surname? If so you might want to consider lining him up to take the DNA test which could go a long way to helping you short circuit the genealogy search.
