My James Wells b: 1792 in NH/CT moved to Erie in 1830s and is buried in Norwalk, Ohio. He married Persis EARLE in Dec 1810 but I think he left his wife (on 1850 she is listed as widow) but James did not die until 1870 ... I found 3-4 James in the age frame that would fit him on 1850 and 1860 but they are all living with younger women.
