    3. I don't know if you watched Dr. Spencer Wells' documentary on Sunday on NGC The Human Family Tree. He mentioned that he was haplogroup "J" which was a subgroup of "R" .     3. If your male DNA results were analyzed by Family Tree DNA, you can find the haplogroup there. They even offer a Deep Clade test looking for specific SNPs to further narrow your haplogroup. For example: In the Wells Family DNA study, I am in family W016 associated with families W006, 20, and 28. I belong to haplogroup G2a2 (apparently a rare group). The Family Tree DNA website also has maps showing the suspected migration routes of the different haplogroups. Raymond R.
