We believe it to be John S. Wells b. 1807 in Kentucky. John's son Daniel W Wells b. 1861 in Texas. Daniel son is Russell W Wells b. 1887, and Russell's son is A J Wells b. 1917. AJ Wells son is Nathan (my husband). All the Wells family had large families! I did not list all the children here. Daniel had 12 or 13 with each wife (married twice). I would like information on the John S Wells or any others related to this family. Would you be able to share about the DNA testing? What do you do to get the DNA assessment? Cost? Who? Where?
