Using these names, you can start with the census records. Of course, your father is the most direct source, he would know about his parents and most likely his grandparents. Does he have any brothers and sisters? They could also be helpful, if your father is not available. Also, if you do a simple search in ancestry.com, you might come up with a cousin that has been researching your family through a grandparent and that can give you a good start.
