I have found this very interesting and tend to want to know the outcome. My thoughts on the death certificate are that it was a mistake. How many females have u ran into with the name Russell??? very strange. Thats why i wondered if u had a death certificate for Ollie.... I looked and looked and could not find one. Was there a Russell Kitchen? Ii thought that he might be the informant but it looks like the informant was a Lukens?? And her father may have been Robert Nelson Wells?
