Thank you Laurie; My William Wells was born in ohio per 1850-1870 census around 1799-1800. He was married in Salineville Ohio to Rebecca House 3 April 1821. in 1840 they are living in Washington Twp., Columbiana County, living near in laws. In 1850-1870 they are in Rosstwp. Jefferson County. I haven't found him in the 1830 census yet, but in the 1820 census for Ross twp. I found a William Wells over 26 and under 45 his wife the same with 2 boys and 4 girls under 10. I don't know if this William is a related or not or if it is just a coincidence. I did have a cousin do a DNA test and that was put on a orphan list. That is all I know. I plan on going to Stuebenville in a couple weeks to search the courthouse there. Bazaleel was a very prominent Ohio pioneer, would be honored to be connected to that line, but it would also help if my line was excluded too.
