I checked the ebay.com below for the WELLS letters in Huron Co., OH ... This is what it says about the letters. From what I can tell, it looks like it might be the children of Henry WELLES (son of Amos Welles and Lydia TREADWAY) and Sophia BREED. I suggest people of DNA Family W001 get together and have one person bid (currently $10) and then share the documents. http://cgi.ebay.com/1850s-60s-Wells-Family-Ohio-letters_W0QQitemZ12045444169 8QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item1c0ba4eae2 <http://cgi.ebay.com/1850s-60s-Wells-Family-Ohio-letters_W0QQitemZ1204544416 98QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item1c0ba4eae2&_trksid=p3286.c0 .m14> &_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 "Lot of 9 covers with letters and two more letters: 1864 Norwalk Ohio to Mary A Wells Garrettsville (Sarah writing), 1866 Fremont Indiana to Mary (H D Heath writing), 1866 Mount Vernon Ohio to Mary A Talbot (Wells)(from Emma), 1864 Leipsic to Mary (from Helen Coats), 1864 Norwalk to Mary (Sarah Chadwick writing), 1862 Wesleyville posted Erie Pennsylvania to Mary (Wm and Eleanor Clark writing), 1857 Mount Vernon to Wm H Wells from his brother E Wells, 1866 Mount Vernon to Mary (from Emma B Wells), 1867 Garrettsville to Mary Talbot (Wells) in Pugh Ohio (from Cordelia Tilden and Alice), 1864 Mount Vernon letter from Henry Willard to his cousin (no cover), 1857 Leipsic letter from Sophie Coats to W H Wells (no cover).
