    3. Here's info on Barker and Fanny (Stillman) Wells and their children, tho. Please note the DOCUMENTATION! Never believe ANYTHING you read until you see the DOCUMENTATION. 4-BARKER WELLS: 10 Dec. 1769 Hopkinton-30 Jan. 1857 Nelson, NY. S/of Joshua Wells-b. 24 Aug. 1743. Mar: 26 Sept. 1799 Hopkinton, to Fanny (Stillman): 14 Jan. 1776-13 March 1837 Nelson, NY. D/of John and Mary (Potter) Stillman. Barker was drawn a Petit Juror to serve at Court of Common Pleas 6 Aug. 1804. [Hopkinton Town Council Book 4 pg. 38] Barker and Fanny, of Hopkinton, sell land to John Wells on 17 Sept. 1807. [Land Evidence 5:220] After this date, the name Barker Wells ceases to exist in Hopkinton recs. Barker is found on the 1850 Cens., Cazenovia, Madison Cty., NY. living with his son, William P. He was age 73 and stated he was b. in RI. Children: first two born Hopkinton [Book 2 page 67] 5-Phebe Wells: 19 Aug. 1800, Hopkinton, RI.-29 Apr. 1869. Mar: 29 Nov. 1830, Henry Childs. 5-Maria: 2 Dec. 1808-19 Jan. 1878. Mar: 13 Apr. 1829, Emerson Hull. 5-William P. born-2 March 1810. 5-Rowena Wells: 9 Jan. 1815-4 Nov. 1872 Nelson, NY. Mar: 20 Apr. 1837 to Richard M. Davis-b. 1 Jan. 1813. 5-Caroline E. Wells: 13 Oct. 1816-26 Dec. 1878. Mar: 1 Jan. 1840, Lucius E. Whiting. 5-Ira Wells: 22 July 1819-7 Feb. 1845, Nelson, NY. ******
