Author: stanwells65 Surnames: wells Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.wells/5548.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: my william riley wells was born in orange county, ny. he migrated to susquehanna, pa , where he was married to betsy kaziah skinner in 1832. from there they moved to lasalle , ill. and ended up in seneca, nemaha, ks where he died in 1893. i don't know of any wells from kentucky or missouri. i am from oklahoma. my grandfather,walter willard wells, moved to wynoka, woods, okla, and my dad, walter william wells moved to okc, ok.
