I am the 'keeper' of the database that I have merged the lineages of the men who have submitted for Y-chromosome DNA testing and joined the Wells Surname DNA Study (coordinated by Orin Wells). I find the best way to find connections is to ensure that I have all the siblings of the direct line. I do not carry the non-WELLS lines more than just the marriage as I want to concentrate on WELLS/WELLES only.
