Cairo, NY date unkn. Ransfod Wells b. 6 Sept 1805 in Catskill, Green, NY, d. 4 Mar 1889 in Philadelphia, PA Laura Wells b. abot 1806 in Catskill, Green, NY Elijah Wells m. 2nd Mary Cooke Backus b. 18 Jul 1793 in Loonenburg, Greene, NY, d. 1830; widow of James Backus. Their children: Mary Wells b. 25 June 1820 in Leeds, Greene, NY, d. 27 Apr 1891 in Colorado Jane Wells b. 29 Apr 1822 in Leeds, Greene, NY Catherine Wells, b. & d. 1824 in Leeds, Greene, NY Being female I can not confirm the DNA connection, but I believe this is my correct line.
