    3. Melanie, thank you so much for your help with Monroe WELLS! He continues to be an interesting look-alike WELLS. I will continue to search the MO birth and death records. They are truly incredible. Some years ago I came across the RIGGS line that settled in TX, but I was unable to connect them with my line. My RIGGS settled in Decatur Co., TN for the most part.
