I am still searching for information on my husband's gggrandfather, Ebenezer Weeks who came from GA but where did his people come from? This was in 1820 and his father's name was, I think anyway, James Weeks, but I do not know where he came from to GA. Ebenezer Sr was married to Elizabeth Tice and James Weeks, if my info is correct, was married to Polly Carter. Anyone able to help me on this?
