I have mention of a John RUSCOE in Norwalk CT around 1665/70, also a David RUSCOE who married Jemima SCUDDER and had a dau Elizabeth. Elizabeth m Silas WEEKS, s/o Daniel WEEKS and Rebecca WOOD.
