Hi, Does anyone have a Rebecca WEEKS, B. 1732 in either Norwich or Norwalk, CT? She married Reuban TAYLOR C. 1750 in Norwalk. They moved to Courtland, N.Y., then back to CT., then to Falls, Wyoming Co., PA where she died in 1827. Have been looking unsuccessfully for her parents for over 26 years. Rebecca WEEKS, b NY, d Moresville NY, d/o Zophar WEEKS, b 1755, and Jane CARPENTER Rebecca WEEKS, b NY 1760, d Union Landing NY, d/o Daniel WEEKS, b 1724, and Rebecca WOOD, m Jonathan OWEN, b Hyde Park, Dutchess County, NY c1756. The marriage date that I have for them is wrong. (I believe the source for all of these was Ancestry File) I'd like to know the date. Rebecca (WOOD) WEEKS (the one married to Daniel) was born in 1732 in Huntington, Long Island, but she died in Union Landing, Ulster County, NY in 1820. Rebecca WEEKS, b c1790, d/o Silas WEEKS, b 1758, and Elizabeth RUSCO There was a Sarah BENEDICT, born March 6, 1762, who married in 1780 John TAYLOR, a Revolutionary war soldier from Danbury, Connecticut. This family was connected to WEEKS families. Would he be connected to Reuben TAYLOR (below)?
