Hi Sam, Thanks....The only problem is i went to the SS office and they looked it up, the lady there said this is strange: He didn't feel out No papers to get his SS#. He is one of those that got his card thru the company he worked for then, Which was Texas Oil Co., He had a SS # and I got that, but no info what so ever. She had to find him by looking at my Great Grand Ma's record, he is listed on hers, but again No Info on him. I really don't know where he was born at, It could be any of the states around VA. Cause some family members swear he was born in Tenn. I can only go by Census reports now. I have found Many Louis Webb's and some even the right age, But when I start digging in records I soon find they are not my line.
