Whereas application Hath been made to me James Withrow a subscribing Justice for to Recoment sum persons as Security for one James Rogers now in your geoal being charged with hors stealing. I Recomend Dillar Watts, Benjamin Brackett, John Davis, Chesley Webb may be taken as Security being men under an honest caractor. Oct 15th 1793 J.
