John Milton Webb was said to have been born in North Carolina about 1844-50. He married Anliza Marietta Hembree. I am not certain where the marriage took place but most likely in White County Tennessee. I descend from their son Milford E.Webb born in Ky about 1880 and died in 1936 in Johnston City, Illinois. The family of John and Anliza were in West Pine Knot Ky in the 1900 census. I know that Milford had the following siblings, John (Jonathan possibly) Alexander, Cynthia, Amanda, Charlie and Dora who married an unknown Perkins in 1899. Milford married Martha Alice Roach daughter of William Henry Roach and Rebecca Isaacs of Jackson County Ky....in 1900 they were in Whitley county and close neighbors of the John M. Webb family. When the sibling John became disabled...he moved to Johnston City with at least two of his children, Dewey, and Howard. They lived with Milford and family for a time.
