His estimated date of birth is 1759. I should have mentioned that the reason I think this is the Stephen and Ann in Jefferson Co, GA is that they show up in 1797 -- when a wagontrain from Edgecombe & Nash counties arrived in Sandersville, Washington Co, GA.
