    3. Hi-I'm new to this list. This is the first message I have received since signing up. Mary, what a wonderful idea, posting each of our Webb family members. My cousin researched the Hancock family the old fashioned way (before computers) by going to each court house, Church, etc., back in the 1960-70's. I don't know her source for finding Anna Webb, but will post her information here. Then I found her in FamilySearch.org with a birth date of 1696. She has several ancestors listed there, going back to Henry Webb, b.15 May 1350, Warwickshire, England. It would be easier to go to the site for it all. Here's what I have from my cousin, then her parents and siblings from the above mentioned LDS site. Anna Webb b. WFT Est. 1679-1702, in Springfield, Hampden, Ma, (In LDS: 24 Feb 1696) d. July 6, 1771 Father: John Webb Mother: Hannah Basset Married: November 19, 1713 in Springfield, Mass. Husband: John Hancock b. Aug 1, 1688 in Springfield, Mass. d. July 10, 1775, Springfield, Mass. Her family per FamilySearch.org John Webb b. June 8, 1667, in Saybrook, Middlesex, Ct. d. Jan 27, 1710-1711, Springfield, (Hampshire), now Hampden, Mass. Father: John Webb Mother: Susanna Cunliffe (Other spouses: Ruth Graves, Bethiah Adams) Married: 1693 Wife: Hannah Basset, b. 1674, Of Northampton, Hampshire, Mass., d. Sep 11, 1719, Northampton, Hampshire, Mass. Children of John and Anna Webb Hancock: 1. Anna Webb (see above) 2. Cornelius Webb, b. Bet 1694-1695 in Northampton, Hampshire, Mass., d. June 7, 1777 3. Ebenezer Webb, b. Feb 2, 1700-1701, Springfield, Hampshire, Mass., d. Aug 1747 4. Sarah Webb, b. Mar 21, 1702-1703, Springfield, Hampshire, Mass. Happy searching to all, Jacque Wood [email protected] wrote: Hi, My Webbs are: James Webb and Jane Claxton married in Botetourt Co., Va. 1784. Moved to Jefferson County/Shelby County, Ky.
