Just a suggestion: on some other name sites I'm on, they post their subject w/the state always first, like this: VA/WV-Webb, Russell, s/o Henry and Lear or AR-Kayser, Christian, Ger>NY>AR As long as the state is first so you can grab the locale as you scan the emails. If I know none of the family went to Texas, I'm inclined to cache that one for later. Hi Sue Yes the subject line ( is ) critical for attention, lots of people only scan the subject, it is simpler for those in digest rather than opening up all the digests. How ever I would not keep strictly to a rule of state first, most people also look mainly for the names too, digest has short subject lines so with the state first the name might get missed. Well how ever you people want to write it, remember it is your best advertising to what the message is about.
