Marsha - I think we corresponded several years ago. My Webb family came into Logan Co Ky before 1796. This area became Warren Co and part of it later became Edmonson. My line is Martin Webb, Some of the sons who are on those early census and tax records are Merry, Henry, John, Martin Jr, James and William. The counties were changing during those early years so records are in Logan, Warren, Hardin, Barren, Green, Grayson, Hart and Edmonson Co. They were for the most part located along the Green and Nolin Rivers. Henry Webb , son of Martin moved into the Hamilton Co Illinois area in the early 1820 era. There was another Webb family who located in Warren Co within a few years of Martin Webb who relocated to Illinois prior to the move of Henry. I believe that was Lazarus and Eli Webb.
