    2. Kimmyann: Since Louis Clarence Webb was born by 1880, try the new 1880 all name index search -- you should be able to find him with his parents as an infant. Don't forget -- spelling was not standardized might show up as Lewis on that Census. If you strike out on his name (Might have been listed L C or even C L try searching for Fulton or Robert or Elizabeth or Elizabeth and Walter. There are volunteers online who will probably do this search for you. Try TN-Census-L@rootsweb.com (You need to join the list) and the VA list and the LA list as well. Have you ordered his death certificate from Liberty Co., TX, or perhaps his Social Security Application? HAve you found their marriage license? Looked for an obituary in the old newspaper archives?
