If you have not already done so, the BEST place for Arkansas research is the Arkansas History Commission, One Capital Mall, Little Rock,AR 72201, 501-682-6900. They don't have that much on-line yet, but write them and you will be pleasantly surprised. 20 yrs of Arkansas research & I give them a 10+! Good luck.
