L.R. I believe your family may be my great-great grandfather's missing family! My William Douglas Webb, who was born somewhere in New Jersey around 1810-1820, had "four brothers who went West." William ran away to sea when he was 14, and only contacted his unmarried sister much later in life. By then, the rest of the family had moved on. We have lost the letters William wrote to his sister in New Jersey, and we don' t have her name or the town she lived in. Please contact me with whatever info you have.
