Webb born 1876 in Hancock County, Ind and died in Willow Branch, Hancock Co, Ind, He was belived to have been married twice first wife's name was Mary A. Draper but she died prior to 1900. I ck'd Ron Turner's "Webb's of the Virginias," and the only Oscar listed is an Oscar Benny Webb, with none of the other names listed in the index, no Draper, etc. Happy hunting - plow on.
