The W.A. Webb (William A. Webb) who died in prison ((Civil War prisoner) in Elmira, NY - 14 Sep. 1864 - was my g/g/grandfather. He married to Elizabeth Martin on 9 Feb. 1845, Washington, County, GA. Some of their children (there may have been more) were: 1/ William Green Webb (my g grandfather - b. 9 March 1846 d. 30 March 1916 Laurens County, Ga.) 2/ Joseph Webb, & 3/Lucinda Webb. Fran in SC
