I'm a Carroll researcher, and I have a Thomas Carroll think age about 50ish listed on 1880 Sullivan County Census as son in law to Jane Webb Himes/ husband John dead. Sallie Webb, Jane's sister in House hold. I have yet to find the wife of Thomas Carroll as he and wife were heirs to the himes land but don't know of the daughter of Jane and John's he was married to...can you help....
