    3. Winnie, I am descended from John Webb (will 1815, Giles County, VA, ) who is thought to be the brother of the Augustine Webb (b. 1755, Hanover Co., VA, enlisted from Albemarle Co., VA) and the son of Julius Webb (church records Hanover Co., VA 1750's, property records Albemarle Co., VA, 1760's, court record Botetourt Co.,1779). My John Webb owned land along the Sinking Creek in the 1780's in then Botetourt Co., VA as did Augustine and a younger Julius, who owned land adjoining John's land and witnessed my John's will. Millian Webb (thought to be the sister of John and Augustine) married Oliver Walker in Botetourt Co on June 8, 1779, with the bond posted by Julius Webb. I have recently submitted a DNA sample, but I do not have the results yet.
