Would like to make contact with someone that has info on Hampton Newton Webb family, particularly his daughter, Elizabeth C. Webb. Elizabeth C. Webb, born 1841 Pope Co., AR Married (1) Zachariah Hill on July 16, 1858 On 1860 census, Elizabeth was living @ home of her father, Hampton N. Webb. (What happened to Zach??) Married (2) to Silas S. Linton on Oct. 19, 1865. (is this the same Elizabeth or another?) Silas died 1882 and left widow, Elizabeth, so don't see how this could be Elizabeth C.. A death record for T. J. Linton, 1865, has widow Elizabeth C. Could this be the same T. J. Linton who was married to Elizabeth Gibson Dyer? She died in 1862. And is this Elizabeth C. the daughter of Hampton N. Webb?? Ms. (Mrs.) Elizabeth Linton married (3??) Charles Campbell on Feb. 16, 1868, Pope Co., AR. I cannot determine who this Elizabeth Linton is that married Charles Campbell. They are on the 1870 census with son John Mc (Mack) Campbell and a child age 5 yrs named T. J. Linton. On Jan 16, 1873, Charles Campbell (Camble) married Caroline Maloney, so assume Elizabeth had died. This Elizabeth who married Charles Campbell is my great-grandmother, so I need to know WHO she came from. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Wanda
