However an old family bible said he died in 1835. > Will any of this connect? > Sam: I actually have two Angeline WEBBs in my family line! One is Maranda Angeline Webb who married Nathaniel Pike in Troup Co, GA and died young (I want to say 1857). She was WEBB by BIRTH, daughter of Elias and Mary Ann "Nancy" Maynor WEBB. She would be approximately the same age as your Anjaline. Could your John and my Elias be related? Certainly. Can I prove it? NOPE. The Angeline I am looking for is a WEBB by MARRIAGE, She was 17 in 1860 Census, with her husband James M. Webb in Rankin Co, MS. I BELIEVE she was a MYERS by BIRTH. In that 1860 Census, the couple has an infant daughter E. J. WEBB, James M. Webb allegedly died in the Civil War, and I can find no trace of Angeline and E. J. after the 1860 Census. I presume Angeline married again ( who I don't know). What I'm really interested in is if E. J. survived to adulthood, married and had children. And, of course, there's also the possibility Angeline had another child after the 1860 Census. Sorry. I know we have corresponded before and I think we had some other names in common which suggested a connection, but I'm still at a loss as to what it might be. Anne
