    3. Anne: I don't know anything about my John Webb except his marriage date and at least three of his children Mary , Rebecca and Lewis E. Webb my gg grandfather. I know that Lewis E. Webb and his wife Susan Adaline Halstead Webb along with Lewis' sister Rebecca and her husband John Woods and their children migrated from Henry Co. TN to Ballard Co. Ky about 1854. I only suspect that Anjaline Webb living with 218-490 John Landrum in the 1850 Rutherford Co TN Census is a daughter of John Webb d 1834 or 1835 and Martha Patsy Landrum Webb d 1842. This John Landrum was Martha's brother and pastor of the Mt Pleasant Baptist Church. Both Rev John Landrum and his wife Peaney and Martha Webb are buried in this Church Cemetery. This family tie leads me to believe that the Anjaline Webb in the 1850 Census belongs to John and Martha Landrum Webb. I suspect that Elizabeth Webb who married Benjamin Halstead was also a daughter John and Martha Webb because my gg grandfather married Susan Adaline Halstead on Sept 16, 1852 in Henry Co. TN. Elizabeth Webb married Benjamin Halstead May 17, 1838 in Williamson Co. TN. I suspect my gg grandfather already knew the Halstead family when he met Susan Adaline Halstead. The parents of both Benjamin Halstead and Susan Halstead were John and Jane Halstead. John Halstead and Jane were in the 1830 census living in Williamson Co. TN and they were also in the 1850 Henry Co. TN Census. Lewis E. Webb was 20 in 1850 Henry Co. TN Census living with his sister Rebecca Webb Woods and her husband John Woods. So I believe that my gg grandfather Lewis E. Webb already knew the Halstead family because his sister Elizabeth had married Susan's brother Benjamin in 1837. The first child of John Webb and Martha Patsy Landrum Webb was Mary Ann Webb b 1812 and she married David G. Little in July 1835. I have a lot more on their lives. These are the only children of John and Martha's I know for sure or suspect. The Census data I have from 1820, 1830 and 1840 identifies 11 or 12 children that belong to John and Martha. I am currently doing a marriage vs age study of the Webbs that married in Williamson , Bedford and Rutherford Counties. I am going to tie that together with neighborhood studies to see if can identify more children candidates. I don't know what to do about identifying more of John and Martha's children or John's parents. Could not find a will for either John or Martha. Still looking. Any help you could lend would be appreciated. Sam and Linda Webb I don't know any of my John's broters/sisters or parents. ----- Original Message ----- From: <AWNRDC@aol.com> To: <WEBB-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, March 09, 2002 10:44 PM Subject: Re: [WEBB] Angelina & Angeline's WEBB's in the 1880 census > In a message dated 3/8/02 11:25:17 PM Pacific Standard Time, > samsbqa@bellsouth.net writes: > > > > Anne: I too have an Angeline Webb daughter of John Webb and Martha Patsy > > Landrum.
