Hello again John, A newspaper clipping from a Sandiego, California newspaper dated 17 March 1920 detailing the loss of the submarine H-1, and the loss of her commanding officer, Lcdr James R. Webb was found among the papers of a distant cousin (Webb) of mine. This leads me to speculate that possiby they are members of my family of Webb's. So, I am searching.
