How about VALENTINE WEBB to BETSY ABSHENS, 10 Sep 1812, Patrick Co, VA [p.84, Webb Families of the Virginias, by Ronald Ray Turner, "Early Webb Marriages" chapter]. Betsy is nickname for Elizabeth and the last names are awfully close - could be transcription error.
